You’ll be gently guided by Deb’s calming and nurturing voice, inviting you to journey deeply within, aligning with the heart of Gaia and the vastness of the Universe.
This sacred space may open intuitive glimpses of the Earth’s unfolding future — and of your own soul path.

🌿 There are four stages to this meditation:

1. Rooting into the Earth’s Energy — grounding yourself in Gaia’s strength and stability.
2. Expanding to the Universe — opening your consciousness to the vast universal field of light and wisdom.
3. Receiving the Vision — connecting with Gaia’s evolution and your own path ahead.
4. Integration and Return — gently coming back into the physical body, bringing the insights and healing energy with you.

🕊️ Duration: Approximately 1 hour

To deepen your experience, please prepare a calm and nurturing space:
🎵 Soft, comforting music​
🕯️ Gentle lighting​
🌸 A soothing scent — candle, oil, or incense if you wish

And have a journal nearby 🪶 to write down your experience as soon as you return to your physical body — before the messages and sensations fade.
