The Month Humanity Turns Inward February 2026 arrives not with chaos, but with clarity. There is a noticeable softening across the collective, a slowing down that feels intentional rather than forced. Beneath everyday life, something deeper stirs. People may not have words for it, yet many sense that an inner chapter is closing and a more honest way of living is quietly being invited. This month does not demand action. It invites awareness.
The Energetic Atmosphere The spiritual climate of February 2026 encourages truth without confrontation and insight without pressure. Rather than dramatic awakenings, there is a steady dissolving of what no longer feels authentic. NEWS - Researchers at UNSW Sydney will receive $8.79 million of federal funding for three new clinical trials, “aimed at some of Australia’s most urgent health challenges.”
Some of the grant will go towards a world-first trial aimed at developing new treatments for a highly resistant form of leukaemia.
A third of funds will be dedicated to a trial that aims to overhaul pancreatic cancer treatment. Pancreatic cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer deaths.
Finally, the grant will also be used to study whether exercise-based video games can prevent falls in people living with Parkinson’s disease.
Interesting- A liver cancer patient has become the first person in Europe to undergo a special tumour treatment outside of a clinical trial.
Histotripsy treatment uses ultrasound energy to destroy tumours. Focused sound waves make microscopic bubbles, which create “mechanical forces that destroy cancer cells without the need for surgery, radiation or chemotherapy.”
The treatment can take as little as half an hour, usually with limited pain, meaning that patients can spend less time at hospital.
Dr Teik Choon See, who led the procedure, said: “Histotripsy… allows us to target tumours more precisely while sparing healthy tissue, offering patients a safer and faster alternative to traditional therapies.”
The patient, Roger Jackson, said he feels “privileged” and that it’s “impressive to think sound waves can treat cancer without the need for patients like me to go through intensive surgery, at what already is a stressful time.” He was discharged to recover at home the day after the surgery.
The treatment facilities are funded by private donations and the hospital’s own charitable trust.

“Okay, let’s tune in with Spirit and the cards. I couldn’t get you out of my head last night, honestly. I woke up early this morning, and the words just kept coming: Freedom. You’ve got this sense of freedom available to you, but something’s blocking it. It feels like you’re not allowing yourself to fully embrace the idea of change.
See, as people get older, they often get stuck in routines. That freedom, emotional, spiritual, and even physical, starts to feel out of reach. But you’re not too old, Kelly. It’s not too late. You can make changes. What I’m getting here is a kind of stagnation, like a heaviness around the idea of trying something new, especially if there’s someone close to you like your partner who isn’t quite on the same page.
The cards are showing a desire to be near family, grandbabies even… though you don’t have any yet. That suggests you still have time to move, to change, to explore something new before those responsibilities come. There’s a joint path ahead for you and your partner, but it feels like you’re the one really craving the shift. The desire for travel, new experiences, even stepping into a new version of yourself it’s strong. But the cards say you’ll need to do this together. There’s love, unity, and commitment here it just needs alignment.”
Kelly responds: “We’ve butted heads about it so much. Now I feel like I don’t know anything anymore. Nothing’s flowing. No synchronicities.”
Deb continues: “That’s that heavy, stuck energy I felt. It’s like a blockage emotional and spiritual. And it’s not just about your relationship. It’s also about work. Questions like, ‘How am I going to make money?’ and ‘Where will I be?’ keep swirling.
You’ve buried your dream. It’s still there, but it’s been pushed to the back of your mind. The cards are speaking of love, grounding, career, connection, it’s all there. But fear is the wall. Not the younger, adventurous you, but the older, more cautious you. And family is part of this too.
You can’t live your life solely around family obligations. What I’m being shown is that this is a decision you and your partner need to make together, independent of family expectations. Yes, family matters, but sometimes, you need to step back from it to live your own life.”
Deb asks: “There’s a parent and a child involved here, particularly one that’s been more present lately?”
Kelly replies: “Yes.”
Deb: “Right. That’s what I felt. With the parent, maybe you feel responsible because they’re aging? But you’re not a caretaker right now. You can still visit, even from afar. You won’t be too far away to be there when needed.
Now, your daughter… she’s strong-willed, but Spirit says she’s going through a lot and might need professional help, not because she’s ‘difficult,’ but because she’s overwhelmed. This creates a guilt cycle for you and your partner. She’s not doing it intentionally, but her struggles weigh on you both emotionally.
But remember: she’s an adult. She’s independent and has a capable partner. Spirit says it’s time to step back, not to abandon, but to let others support her too. She’ll be better off with professional guidance. You don’t have to carry it all alone.”
Kelly shares: “She’s tried to hurt herself before.”
Deb responds: “Spirit is aware of that, and again, this is why professional help is so important. You and your partner are wonderful parent,s but sometimes, you have to let go and allow others to step in. That’s how healing starts—for all of you.
Now, back to the cards: I see learning a new skill, being in a group setting small circles of people. Travel is definitely on the horizon. But right now, you’re disconnected from what your soul wants and overly caught up in what your mind thinks it needs.
A woman’s voice keeps telling me, ‘He’s sitting around too much, overthinking.’ That confusion grows especially when family pressure is involved.”
Deb replies: “That makes sense. Trauma has many layers. That’s why I bring speakers to our soul family gatherings, there are so many healing modalities out there. You need to find what resonates with you. But be mindful, there’s a history of depression in your family. You’re not clinically depressed, but it’s hovering just beneath the surface.
You also mentioned physical pain. Waking up feeling like you’ve been lifting weights when you haven’t, that kind of body tension is a signal too. When you walk past your boat and think, I should go fishing… but then don’t that’s the heaviness again. It’s not laziness; it’s the emotional load.
And honestly, you don’t want to do these things alone. That shared struggle with your partner it’s stagnating both of you. Maybe the boat chapter has passed. Maybe it’s time for a new adventure.
The cards show you possibly starting something new sweat lodges, travel, new friends, group circles. You have a deep inner knowing, healing instincts, and spiritual awareness. But the human conditioning is what’s trapping you now.
You don’t even need to sell your home you could rent it, or short-term lease it. Just create options.
You know that “can’t be bothered” feeling? That’s not laziness it’s emotional fatigue. Sometimes it’s linked to nutritional imbalances too. Check your magnesium and potassium levels. Change is here. It’s not just coming it’s already begun. Don’t settle for a life that feels second-best. You deserve more.
That’s why I kept hearing freedom. You’re not being called to commit to anything but your own life. And one last thing can you check the ley lines at your home? I just got divining rods recently, and they can help find energy lines on your property. If you find a negative line, place a small piece of copper at that spot to redirect the flow. It’s subtle energy work, but it can support your environment.
So, Kelly this reading is really about reclaiming your path, finding emotional freedom, and remembering: You still get to dream.”
“So, Kelly, this isn’t just a reading it’s a wake-up call. Spirit is showing you that you’re at a crossroads. You can continue feeling stuck, weighed down by guilt, responsibility, and fear or you can start clearing the path forward. You still have time. You still have choices. But you need to claim them.

Approx. Last Quarter: August 1st or 2nd As August begins, the moon is likely transitioning from a waning gibbous towards its Last Quarter phase. If you’re out late at night or catching the pre-dawn glow, you’ll see a moon that’s more than half-lit, shrinking slightly each night. By the Last Quarter, the moon appears as a perfect half-circle, illuminated on the left side for observers in Australia and New Zealand. It rises around midnight and is high in the sky by sunrise. Southern Hemisphere Vibe: This phase, often called the “downward” or “release” moon, encourages introspection and letting go. For gardeners, it’s a time for pruning and harvesting root crops. The diminishing light offers increasingly better views of fainter stars and distant galaxies. The Invisible Reign: New Moon & The Darkest Skies - August 8th or 9th – New Moon This is the moon’s most elusive phase, as it passes between the Earth and the Sun, rendering its sunlit side entirely away from us.
